Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed and shipped within five (5) business days of purchase. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders to the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
International Shipping
Please contact customer service (sales@atroxsnakebarrier.com) for a quote to your international destination. If available, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Returns Policy
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
– Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
– Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
– 15% restocking fee may apply.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at sales@atroxsnakebarrier.com or call 972-351-7129 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Package your item(s) securely and include the RA number and proof of purchase.
3. Ship the package to the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
